Salary: We make it – we share it / You make what you generate… really! 33K-53K Job Description: We  have a career opportunity for a seasoned climber / crew leader to manage a four-person pruning / take down crew. Dependability and enthusiasm are as important as skill and experience. Crew leader candidates must be ISA certified, have a minimum of 3 years’ professional tree climbing experience with a rope and saddle and a minimum of 2 years’ experience leading a professional arborist crew. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of advanced pruning and rigging techniques, know how to conduct pre-job briefings and teach safety training classes, be familiar with chipper operations and safety, demonstrate ability to problem solve, identify local tree species and their pruning requirements, converse easily with customers, and lead a tree crew on a day-to-day basis. Advanced safety certifications and training are a plus. We seek an individual with conscientious / efficient management skills and a hands-on attitude who will take responsibility for equipment and crew safety.
