Role Overview:
As a Sales Arborist, you play a pivotal role in our growth and mission. Your responsibilities are comprehensive and include:
* Lead Generation: Proactively identifying and pursuing new residential/ commercial customer opportunities.
* Client Consultation: Engaging with clients to assess their needs and provide expert advice on tree care solutions.
* Proposal Development: Crafting detailed proposals that meet the unique needs of each client.
* Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
* Sales Negotiation: Effectively negotiating sales to achieve mutual satisfaction.
* Collaboration with Operations: Working closely with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets our high standards.
* Sales Records Maintenance: Keeping accurate records of sales activities, proposals, and customer interactions.
* Industry Knowledge: Must be knowledgeable and experienced with tree care, hazard tree evaluation, integrated pest management, and industry-approved tree care practices.
* Sales Targets: Striving to meet or exceed sales targets of 1.8M+, contributing to our overall growth strategy.
* Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring all clients are fully satisfied with our services, fostering repeat business and referrals.
* Travel: Visiting client locations to assess needs, present proposals, and maintain relationships.

* Is tech-savvy, experienced in using or learning CRM systems.
* Holds a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
