PHC Division Manager
Arbor Masters is recruiting to expand our Plant Health Care Division. Arbor Masters has been operating as a tree company for almost 65 years and operates in 6 locations (Blue Springs, MO – Shawnee, KS – Wichita, KS – Tulsa, OK – Oklahoma City, OK – Dallas, TX). Although we have a great base of plant health care sales at all our offices, we are looking for champion to develop and implement a company-wide plant health care sales strategy and training program that will be the foundation of our Plant Health Care Division.
The PHC Division Manager will need to be self-motivated, ambitious, hard-working, mentally tough, with a positive attitude and outgoing personality. This position requires someone who fits our family-oriented and community centered culture, yet someone who takes a numbers approach to business decisions. He or She must be passionate about tree care and must have a background in horticulture/forestry and must be an ISA Certified Arborist.
