Development Inspector – Urban Forestry – City of Pearland
General Description:
The purpose of this job within the organization is to be responsible for verifying compliance with Articles of the Unified Development Code; Zoning, Tree Preservation, Landscaping, Signage, and other site development requirements. The position works closely under the supervision of the Urban Forester.
This job requires considerable field work consisting of site visits to ensure all proposed, newly completed and existing landscaping, tree preservation and zoning regulations adhere to City specifications, codes and ordinances.
