Consulting/Sales Arborist with Top Point Tree
Top Point Tree has an opportunity for an experienced arborist who is looking to be a part of a truly professional, reputable, and rapid growing tree care company. We are interested in a leader with a passion for arboriculture who wants to build something great, advance the tree care industry and grow themselves as a great arborist.
Qualifications:
- Must exhibit good leadership skills, organization, strong initiative, and a positive attitude
- A strong drive to build processes and systems within the organization
- Must have a minimum of three years of practice in tree care/ arboriculture
- ISA Certified Arborist credential or eligibility to take the exam (and pass)
- Extensive knowledge of the tree care industry and department operations
- Excellent communication skills and customer relations
- Is familiar with ASNI standards for tree care operations and ISA Best Management Practices
- A Valid Texas Driver’s license
Responsibilities:
- Perform tree consultations, assessing, diagnosing, and recommending services where necessary
- Establish and maintain customer relationships
- Provide detailed quotes and assessments that are easy to understand
- Communicate with office personnel
- Ensure crews are completing all assigned work properly and have been informed of any new changes
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel of residential and commercial opportunities
- Ensure invoicing is accurate and that payments are being collected on time
- Generating new leads outside of inbound inquiries
- Communicate production goals and conduct performance reviews with crews
- Maintain an organized database of your own sales funnel and completed/collected jobs for payroll & commission pay.
- Building and implementing new processes and systems for growth of the company
Job Type: Full-time
Salary + commission ($50,000.00 – $105,000.00) per year. Based on experience and performance
