Thinking Outside the Bark: Increasing Your Influence and Impact as a Natural Resource Professional – Cedar Creek (Austin)

January 26, 2017 @ 8:00 am - 3:30 pm

$95

Do you ever feel “stuck” at work? Are you looking for ways to expand your capacity to be more effective, or more influential in what you do? This interactive, one-day training session will help natural resource professionals throughout the commercial, municipal and non-profit sectors be more effective or influential and learn how to “expand the possible” at work or even with their work/life balance.

Participants will explore how to increase impact while working within the constraints of limited time, money, and among uncooperative people. Organized around themes of increasing personal effectiveness, expanding organizational capacity, and leveraging collaborative networks, you will explore ways to advance careers, programs, and partnerships.
