Carolina Paredes is originally from Guayaquil, Ecuador. She is the co-founder and owner of Beast Coast Tree Climbers LLC, along with her husband Almon Cox. She owns Healthy Strong and Happy AF – a training, consulting, and coaching practice. Carolina is a certified Nutrition, Health, and Fitness Coach, as well as a certified Life Coach. Beast Coast Tree Climbers created “Canopy Class” with Rein Behlke of Burke Outdoor. Canopy Class are Trainings that are held for all Treeworkers, regardless of experience or knowledge, offering CEUs for all. Carolina and Almon also have a podcast called Canopy Insider, though the podcast only has 2 episodes, it has been consistently on the top 5 podcasts for Climbers and Treeworkers.
